We flow to Turks and Caicos (TCI) to celebrate a wedding and a birthday. The 5 day trip was great. Getting around TCI is a throwback to a different era of travel: no Uber-like services. You have to rent a car or setup an arraignment with a taxi. There are 2 main types of taxis: community cabs and high-end services. My community cab driver was a teacher, worked for the national election committee, and a taxi driver. She has many stories to tell.
