I currently work for Mastercard, within the Mastercard Foundry, as a director of product experience design.

Why can’t I find you on social media websites?

I deleted many of my social media accounts in 2012, which is when I read ‘You are not a gadget.’ Many of the points raised in that book build upon another influential book: ‘The Shallows‘, which I read in 2009. As of this writing, I have a LinkedIn account, a GitHub account, and a Twitter/X account.

What are some of your career highlights?

I had chance to lead Experience design for Mastercard’s Lab for Financial Inclusion for 5 years. In that role, I led design methodology to design and build products for under served communities in Sub-Saharan Africa. We scaled the agriculture product to 4 markets, which was awesome.
